Giving Back

We believe in helping people.

As a company and as individuals, giving back to others is at the core of who we are.

Making a Positive Difference

From the factory workers at the CUTCO headquarters in Olean, NY to our independent sales representatives, the practice of giving back is woven into who we are.

In 2012, we donated over $750,000 to causes that helped make our communities a better place to live.

Health

Hospitals, hunger causes, other groups dedicated to improving the health of others

More than $124,000 donated

Education

More than $280,000 donated

Community

Local charities, disaster relief, social organizations

More than $370,000 donated

Give A Little Bit

Over the years, we’ve fought hunger with Share Our Strength and raised awareness of women’s heart disease with the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women campaign.

Nothing makes us more proud of our people than their commitment to help others.

Throughout the year, it’s common for our local offices to find ways to give back to their communities through food and clothing drives. Some offices raise money in more creative ways; like jumping in freezing cold water, in the middle of winter. Check out the video above.

The Vector Foundation

In 2012, we established the Vector Foundation with the goal of channeling the intense energy and enthusiasm of the Vector sales force into helping others fulfill their dreams and improve their lives.

The foundation will donate $100,000 to both Feeding America and Make-A-Wish between March 1st, 2012 and February 28th, 2013.
