Our People

Our People
Cutco Sales Professionals (CSPs) Carl and Heather Drew volunteer at a clinic in Jacmel, Haiti.
Everyone on the Vector sales team started in the same place – in the entry level sales representative position. We’ve all made that first call to a prospective customer. Each of us has worked our way through our first Cutco presentation (some of us more awkwardly than others!), and we persevered through the “no thank yous” that come with a sales position. The reward for our efforts was the chance to advance, because Vector Marketing has a strict promote from within policy. Our tenure with the company is extraordinary in an age when it seems like people are changing jobs every year. We all joined Vector for different reasons, but we’ve stayed because we love the people, we love the product, and we believe in the potential that the Vector opportunity provides.
