2. Schedule appointments in the same area of town

Keep your leads organized in Excel or any spreadsheet application. Be sure to include a column that indicates the area of town for your leads. Each day you're able to do demos, schedule an entire day for one specific area of town. Because you're driving less, you may even be able to squeeze in one or two extra demos for that day, which adds money in your pocket!

By planning ahead, you will not only be able to save money, but you will earn more, too.

3. Add a healthy mix of web demos

If you're unable to fill a day with demos from one part of town, fill your extra time with a web demo. If you have two demos on a specific day but your goal was three and you can't get that third one in the same area of town as the first two, schedule an out-of-town lead for that third slot.

By adding a healthy mix of web demos in your schedule, you will be able to save both time and gas money.
